WFM boasts a team of experienced craftsmen dedicated to maintaining and ensuring a safe and healthy workplace. We ensure that all contractors receive regular updates on their health and safety training, certifications, and insurance in alignment with industry standards and client requirements.

Rigorous Contractor Assessment

Evaluate potential contractors by considering their past experience, reviews, and word of mouth. Use questionnaires and review previous Site Specific Safety Plans (SSSP). Assess post-contract reviews, accreditations, and the contractor’s training and experience to ensure they meet required standards.

Welfare Facilities Provision

  • Providing the information, training, instruction and supervision necessary to maintain a healthy and safe workplace

  • The provision of any information, training, instruction, or supervision that is necessary to protect all persons from risks to their health and safety arising from work carried out as part of the conduct of the business or undertaking

  • The health of workers and the conditions at the workplace are monitored for the purpose of preventing injury or illness of workers arising from the conduct of the business or undertaking.

  • WFM will be committed to continuously and progressively monitor and update its health and safety standards, monitor and provide feedback to our contractors to make sure Health and Safety is PRIME on every WFM client site.
